Job Overview:
As the -Project Manager -you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Project Manager reports to the Manager of the Program Management Office, USA.
Main responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of project
  
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  
• Lead project tasks and resource requirements
  
• Develop full scale project plans and manage project budget
  
• Assist with project resource allocation
  
• Plan and schedule project timelines
  
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  
• Provide direction and support to project team
  
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
    
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
    
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
    
  • Direct work experience in project management capacity
    
  • Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management
    
  • Must be able to lead own projects.
    
  • Proficient in project management software, preferably MS Project
    
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    
  • Ability to effectively operate and communicate in a multi-cultural environment
    
  • Bachelor's degree in business, or related field
    
  • 4-8 years of project management and related experience

      Will be reporting to Kansas City, MO office Monday-Thursday. Fridays-may require to be in the office or working remotely. -Some occasional travel to Michigan.
