We are seeking to hire an experienced -Regional Human Resource Manager to join our team.
-We -are leaders within the long-term care industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

Manages the Recruitment & Retention initiative at the facilities
Coduct Facility Compliance Audits
Support Facility HR Intiatives -
Train New Facility HR Managers
Manages the ATS system and compliance throughout facilities
Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars

Requirements:
- - - - - - - - - -Bachelor's degree in human resource management preferred.
- - - - - - - - - -Must have good knowledge of current employment laws and practices as well as -thorough
- - - - - understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- - - - - - - - - -Advance knowledge of MS Office, database management
- - - - - - - - - - Minimum 1 year of - recruiting experience - in - a LTC setting
