CSS IT Product Manager Position Summary: Catalent is a global,

will play a critical role in defining and leading CSS technology
products design, development leading to a full-scale platform. The
CSS IT Product Manager will be working in a fast paced and dynamic
team environment handling a varied portfolio of high visibility
projects with many stakeholders and sometimes competing priorities.
The CSS IT Product Manager will work closely with application teams
to design, plan, and implement technical solutions including
leading and directing project resources through to implementation,
for Clinical Supply Services business unit. Location: Hybrid ( must
be within a 50 mile radius of any Catalent US site) The Role: *
Partner with CSS business in defining product vision, product
roadmap, prioritized list of features, track releases. *
Participates in scrum meetings, planning reviews and
retrospectives. * Write requirements, user stories, epics,
features, test scripts, training materials and manage successful
rollout of the product. * Own the end-to-end consumer experience,
and partner with design and development teams to understand how to
address user/business problems/opportunities. * Liaise with CSS
Clients on the application integrations and develop relationship
with key clients. * Responsible for personnel management within the
function: ensures that performance management and career
development activities are completed with quality * Provide subject
matter expertise to the team throughout the project life cycle by
acting as the liaison to the respective design, development,
quality assurance and support teams. * Support project
implementations which often occur outside of standard business
hours * 20% travel expectations (international, domestic) * Perform
related duties as assigned or requested The Candidate: * Bachelor
of Science in an Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant
Science Field preferred; in lieu of a degree, minimum of 15 years
of IT work experience * Proven experience delivering detailed
product requirement documentation * A good understanding of
computer systems validation within a pharmaceutical company * Must
have a good understanding of ITIL and Agile methodology practices *
Must have skills in managing, coaching, and mentoring direct
reports * Prototype an idea by illustrating the problem, propose a
solution and test the viability of the proposed solution * Minimum
