We are looking for a Restaurant Manager candidate. If you are not
familiar with our brand, Gus's is a full service restaurant serving
beer and wine, alongside what is arguably the best fried chicken in
the world. We are looking for a passionate candidate that will work
to earn these accolades alongside their team, every piece, every
time.
We are looking for an organized and goal-oriented Manager to help
oversee the running of our restaurant. To be successful as Manager
you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for
customer service.
Qualified candidates must be charismatic, dependable, and
experienced with natural leadership abilities. They must have a
passion for this industry and truly understand customer
service.
--- Minimum 4 years management experience in a full-service
restaurant
--- Working knowledge of all aspects of front and back of the house
operations
--- Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to
inspire others to perform
--- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and
safety legislation/guidelines
--- Maintain the highest standards of quality in food as well as
service
--- Recruiting, develop and supervise staff
--- Forecast business trends for company operations
--- Review P&L regularly with Regional Manager to ensure that
key financial targets (food cost, labor, etc) are being met
--- Monitor repairs and maintenance issues
--- Monitor morale of the staff and check in with all employees on
a regular basis
--- Ensure that food quality and guest experience meet brand
standards at all times
--- Ensure compliance with all company standards, and brand
standards
