About This Job The main purpose of this job is to achieve targeted client acquisition, retention and financial objectives through the design, execution, and management of business strategies and activities across CommerceHealthcare patient payment solutions with emphasis on HealthPay24. Essential Functions

  • Deliver sales strategies shaped by market and industry trends and develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates CommerceHealthcare patient centered payment solutions
  • Conduct regular CommerceHealthcare sales leadership meetings ensuring alignment, commitment, accountability and success
  • Conduct ongoing pipeline reviews to identify and engage providers to drive growth of all patient centered payment solutions. Oversee HealthPay24 pipeline meetings, engage with sales teams to understand current client engagement strategy and timing for comprehensive solutioning and partner with Account Management in ongoing account planning and positioning of additional healthcare solutions
  • Draft and report HealthPay24 sales and revenue forecast
  • Oversee design and implementation of HealthPay24 marketing content in collaboration with Healthcare Marketing team
  • Develop, manage and conduct internal HealthPay24 training curriculum for internal partners
  • Deliver active market intelligence on patient payment industry in partnership with Healthcare Product Team, generate feedback loop with internal teams and clients on solution current state and enhancement opportunities and conduct and publish competitive analysis
  • Work with Healthcare Product Team on pragmatic approach to HealthPay24 product enhancements and roadmap
  • Coordinate operational workflow to deliver exceptional provider, patient and team member experience and lead operational excellence strategy across Sales, Implementation, Account Management and Commercial Customer Support teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
    • Strong knowledge of the healthcare payments industry
    • Ability to communicate comprehension of the healthcare patient payment and revenue cycle industry and technology
    • Demonstrated ability to manage projects to develop and execute sales processes
    • Strong orientation toward revenue growth and client satisfaction
    • Ability to respectfully collaborate in a team-based office environment, engage successfully in virtual venues and work independently toward stated sales objectives
    • Proven success in working with cross functional teams and matrixed sales organizations
    • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
    • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook Education & Experience
      • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience required
      • 5+ years experience demonstrating success in a direct sales or sales leadership capacity required
