Regardless of your interests, there is no shortage of opportunities to get involved, so tap into our global network and find where you can make your ideas come to life.Where you shineThe Campaign Program Manager drives seamless delivery for cross-channel creative campaigns and other project deliverables by providing support to client teams and cross-department resources. CPMs also serve as Operations ambassadors for internal teams. CPMs examine and refine processes and workflows to maximize creative resource capacity and ensure projects are successfully completed on time and within scope.What your success will look like

  • Interface with cross-departmental contacts to ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Serve as a champion and advocate of agency process and workflow
  • Partner directly with creative and client engagement teams on a daily basis
  • Secure, allocate and shift resources as needed, working directly with the Office of Resource Management
  • Support ongoing maintenance of talent resourcing platform
  • Manage annual resource forecasting setup for key clients
  • Continuously develop expertise in all internal systems and tools.
  • Support and train other team members to take full advantage of our platforms
  • Consolidate and streamline repeatable tasks to develop process efficiencies
  • Own and lead internal status meetings -
  • Maintain internal status reports and provide input for client status
  • Build, share, drive and maintain timelines for all creative campaign deliverables
  • Generate job numbers, open P.O.s and create basic reports from financial and resourcing systems
  • Assist client engagement with annual planning, staffing consultation and creative estimates where needed
  • Collaborate across offices with CPM leads as needed
  • Train and onboard cross-departmental resources on operations and CPM
  • Oversee training of new CPMs and manage training materials
  • Mentor and guide junior to mid-level CPM team members;
  • Serve as a stakeholder in process + tool updates across the agency where necessary
  • Other responsibilities as assignedWho you are and what you bring
    • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing or relevant field preferred
    • At least six years of relevant experience
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Creative thinking with an eye for process
    • Effective working with all levels of management
    • Deep understanding of the creative process
    • Exhibits a thorough knowledge of agency policy and procedures
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and multitasking skills are required
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines with a sharp focus on detail
    • Ability to serve as a leader and mentor on a team
