We believe that creativity can solve any problem. - We're looking for a Director, Brand Leadership to support a retail client. This dynamic leader will report to the VP, Brand Leadership, and lead a team of Barkley partners to deliver Whole Brand ideas that drive business.

• Oversee a Client portfolio of $5+ million dollars
• Consult with clients, steering modern business and brand innovations
• Deliver Whole Brand ideas that solve business problems and deliver measurable results
• Lead and empower a Brand Leadership team to understand and drive our Clients' business
• Inform and inspire cross-agency Strategy, Creative and Engagement teams to deliver great work
• Lead the development and management of profitable, annual contracts
• Forecast, track and report contracted revenue
• Build, retain and expand current Client engagements (organic growth)
• Collaborate with Growth teams to earn new Client Engagements Qualifications -
  • Deep experience with and knowledge of retail
  • Experience building and executing strategic business plans
  • Experience building and executing growth marketing plans
  • Experience inspiring, delivering and selling great creative
  • Experience mentoring, developing and promoting talent
  • Experience operationalizing and expanding contracts
  • Experience developing work scopes and staffing plans
  • Experience budgeting, forecasting and reporting revenue
