Job Description:

Staff Grabbers is exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing $2B technology / software company on a Director of Product Commercialization search. This role is newly created due to growth and a recent acquisition.

Reporting to the VP of Product Management, this Director will be spearhead programs & initiatives related to go-to-market strategy, product commercialization and new product launches / introductions. It's a highly visible role that will influence and present to VPs, EVPs and GMs. It also works cross functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing Engineering, etc.

This is a fully remote opportunity for someone in the EST or Central time zone. Compensation depends on experience but includes base, bonus + equity. This is a 200K+ opportunity. Only candidates with software / SaaS experience can be considered at this time.

Responsibilities :
Spearhead a successful product launch and explore all relevant growth opportunities
Help develop the product roadmap and keep an eye on product budget, tasks, and risk factors
Ensure the operational and business goals are set for new product launches / introductions
Review all marketing collateral, PR & external communication to ensure a successful launch
Support all aspects of the commercialization process with pricing research, competitor analysis, market research, product positioning, customer research, etc.
Bring internal teams into alignment (e.g., sales, customer success, marketing, and engineering)
Ensure all objectives and KPOIs are defined & measured; help drive ROI on the product

Required :
Bachelor's Degree required (MBA and/or certifications a plus)
At least 7+ years of Product Management, Program Management and/or Commercialization experience
Prior experience with GTM, commercialization and/or new product introductions required
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Seeking someone strategic, hands-on, and comfortable around Senior Executives. This person must be comfortable in a visible and influential position.
