What you'll do...

We are building a motivated and entrepreneurial team who is passionate about building great products and providing a stellar experience to customers. This role will be focused on building out the servincing and engagement experience for H&R Block's mobile-first banking platform.

In this role you will:

• As part of a multi-discipliary software team, you will function as the product manger responsible for buidling engagement and notifications into our mobile platform
• Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps for building engagement and notiviations
• Maintain and prioritize existing in product notifications and coordinate with other departments driving towards a consistent client experience
• Provide insights into product, technology and market trends as they relate to client engagement and notifications
• Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
• Develop materials to communicate progress to partners and clients
• Monitor and report on product KPIs
• Act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative digital and financial solutions
• Work with strategic design to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys
  
  What you'll bring to the team...
  
  Youshould have:
  
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution in a technical discipline (computer science, electrical engineering)
  • An MBA or other advanced degree (preferred), or equivalent practical experience
  • Product ownership expereince inclucing collaborating with cross-functional teams, as well as the ability to set and manage expectations at the executive level
  • 7+ years experience as a Product Manager launching digital products
  • Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies and financial services industries
  • A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition
  • Experience with engagment technical solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools for doing data analysis
  • Demonstrateg a high level of customer empathy and focused desire to build products and services that customers will love
  • The ability to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually-demanding and service-oriented environment
  • Working knowledge of agile development methodologies
  • An ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Superior communication skills, with an ability to cater written and verbal communication to varied audiences, including executives.
  • High level of organization, integrity and great follow-through on tasks with high autonomy of delivery.
