Job Description:

A well-established, family owned Kansas City company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager to add to their staff.The Bookkeeper / Office Manager will be responsible for a variety of duties that include:

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Manage shipping and receiving
  • Bank and Account reconciliations
  • Match orders
  • Communicate with distributors and vendors on orders and their progress
  • Process certified payroll
  • Work closely with the owners on accounting information to be used for preparing financial statements and reportsJob Requirements
    • 3+ years of experience in accounting required
    • Experience with SAGE, Peachtree or similar accounting software preferred
    • Experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting
    • Professional verbal and written communication skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:
