KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:----Responsible for the definition and implementation of a stable and scalable software development build and deployment strategy.----Responsible for ensuring all software development and enhancements follow the appropriate SDLC process for the change.----Owns the technical decision making at the Product Application Development department level to ensure it aligns with Apps/Dev platform roadmap.----Responsible for effectively communicate clearly and efficiently across multiple levels including management, team members and end users.----Responsible for successfully recruiting, retain, mentor, and rapidly develop people.----Responsible for ensuring work with 3rd party vendors is successful to gather and analyze business and system requirements for new releases.--Oversee technical and/or business design solutions to ensure the system meets the business requirements for the Product Apps/Dev departmentTECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:----Demonstrated IT management experience in areas of responsibility, in similar roles (Application Management) within a comparably sized or larger company.----Full-stack experience with Microsoft web technologies is required, primarily around the ASP.NET service offering. ----Proven ability to troubleshoot performance issues across the full stack, to include database query performance, HTTP data access (API calls), Memory utilization, web page rendering and JavaScript performance bugs. ----Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining large service-oriented systems, using industry standard architectural patterns.----Proven experience in managing Application development and support teams. ----Skilled at designing and developing solutions that strike the proper balance between "needs" and "wants", while meeting the requirements on time and within budget.----Proven leadership and managerial abilities demonstrated by developing, coaching, and training others in an organizational setting.
