Summary The-- Associate Director, --Experience Design - Copy is r esponsible for the planning and execution of --multiple projects and accounts.-- They have responsibility and accountability to-- lead --the narrative and story of a n experience-- through the expectations of that brand's users. They --lead the experience design team/s to develop solutions that meet the overall project and account goals. Responsibilities--

• Mastery of craft to generate-- human-centered storytelling using design thinking methods
• Collaborate with-- Experience S trategy to define the experience strategy and partic ipate in stakeholder interviews
• Lead --discovery workshops --with clients --and interprets artifacts into business and user needs
• Leads and c ollaborate with-- UI and-- UX --designers to execute-- design --vision
• Guide XD teams to execute-- design vision
• Partner with and lead clients from a variety of industries
• Lead/C reate-- j ourney maps and content strategies
• Other duties as assigned Requirements--
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree with an emphasis in-- Journalism , human-centered design or equivalent in a related field
  • 7+ --years industry experience--
  • Experience in user-centered design methods and techniques--
  • Proven success --in --storytelling for digital mediums
  • Digital agency experience and background preferred
  • Strong experience strategy skills and an eye for compelling digital storytelling
  • Finds creative ways to get things done effectively and collaboratively
  • Continuous learner of technology, promoting it, using it and finding new tools to make us more effective
  • Ability to distill complex ideas into simple concepts
  • Strong writing skills, creativity, and passion for user-centered design
  • Ability to develop relationships, plan, and execute with minimal oversight--
