exceptional customer service. Job Description: We are seeking a
skilled Countertop Fabricator/Repairman to join our team at Kansas
City Countertop Repair. The ideal candidate will have experience
working with various countertop materials, including granite,
marble, quartz, and other natural or engineered stone surfaces. As
a Countertop Fabricator/Repairman, you will be responsible for
repair work countertops according to precise specifications and
quality standards. Responsibilities: - Chip Repairs - Seam repairs
- Crack Repairs - Stove and cooktop opening adjustments - Cutting
holes in existing countertops for faucets, water filtration
systems, etc. - Sink resets, to include reshaping countertop
material to fit new sinks, attaching sinks to countertops and
plumbing disconnect/reconnect when needed - Onsite Granite cutting
and polishing - Surface polishing to combat scratches, hazing and
etching - Caulking - A variety of other services that are addressed
per project Desired Experience and Requirements: - Proven
experience as a Countertop Fabricator or similar role in the stone
fabrication industry. - Proficiency in cutting, grinding, and
polishing stone countertops. - Strong understanding of countertop
materials and their unique characteristics, such as granite,
marble, quartz, etc. - Excellent attention to detail and
craftsmanship with the ability to produce high-quality work. -
Physical strength and stamina - Commitment to safety protocols and
procedures - Effective communication skills and the ability to
communicate directly with clients - Ability to provide the client
with reasonable expectations with results of a repair in a positive
way - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines to
meet the needs of client's schedule - Strong communication with
office staff to ensure when changes occur on the job site that
appropriate adjustments can be made with paperwork Schedule This is
currently a part time role without set hours. You have the freedom
to accept any repair opportunity on a per job basis and set your
own work schedule. We have a steady flow of incoming repair jobs
and need to add another skilled technician to our team to meet our
clients scheduling needs. Flexible work from home options
available.
