Job Description Job Description Lead Quality Engineer Job Title: Lead Quality Engineer Job Location: On-Site in Stilwell, OK Job Salary: $120K- $125K base salary 15% annual bonus Requirements: 5 years of Quality Engineering/Management experience within a manufacturing environment. Experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 standards. Our team continues to push the industry forward, developing cutting-edge filtration technology. Responsibilities: Lead the quality engineering team in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies on both high-volume aftermarket products and complex capital equipment systems Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, supply chain management and ISO 9001:2015 standards Focus on solutions to reduce defects, improve production efficiency and ensure quality compliance with military and other industry specific requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality metrics and monitor performance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 5 years of Quality Engineering/Management experience within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of quality management systems, particularly ISO 9001 Experienced in applying advanced quality tools like DMAIC, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) Experience in filtration, industrial and military markets preferred Ability to lead root cause analysis efforts Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) preferred Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
