Summary
This individual is knowledgeable in the field of Industrial Engineering and will be part of a multi-functional team to implement Smart Factory initiatives at the Kansas City National Security Campus. Duties and Responsibilities

• Interface with internal KCNSC personnel and external collaborators to achieve Smart Factory objectives.
• Apply Lean principles in combination with technology to transform KCNSC manufacturing spaces and processes.
• Stay current with relevant emerging technology and business trends.You Must Have
  
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited Engineering program or bachelors of science degree in Physics from and accredited program.
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in engineering, analytical, or related technical activities.
  • US Citizenship.We Value
    
    • Certification, training, or experience applying Theory of Constraints, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
    • Demonstrated application of statistics, statistical modeling, statistical process control, and data visualization to improve manufacturing processes.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
