      HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM (Overview & Key Responsibilities):
      The responsibility of the Lead Technician is to support and promote growth within the region through new customer onboarding by way of service, parts, and chemical sales for the car wash industry. The Lead Technician will have extensive knowledge in all aspects of the car wash industry. General knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems will be required.
      This role will assist the sales team and independently solicit new customers for services (emergency and non-emergency), planned maintenance, support equipment installation and chemical set-up and delivery. The ideal candidate will also assist in future talent acquisition and may be required to provide job duties consistent with a leadership role.
      This role will collaborate with all department heads to ensure success within the assigned territory. Departments include Equipment Sales, Chemical Sales, Customer Experience Department, Service Department, New Equipment Installation Department, Warehousing, Purchasing, and Chemical delivery.

      • Work independently and collaboratively.
      • Provide repair services to customers.
      • Provide Planned Maintenance to customers.
      • Assist with installation of new equipment and full wash systems.
      • Solicit new customer business for all offerings.
      • Travel to neighboring states to assist with workload and train.
      • Communicate with relevant departments on new business opportunities.
      • Support Chemical Account sales.
      • Develop professional and technical knowledge by participating in educational workshops through our industry partners and suppliers, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
      • Adhere to corporate best practices.
      • Daily travel with some overnight requirements (more overnight travel in early stages of role).

        WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
        Education: Trade School and/or Work Experience
        Experience/Training:

        • 5 - 10 years related work experience within the Car Wash industry preferred.
        • Demonstrate competency with troubleshooting and repairing Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems and components.
        • Proficient in the use of test equipment and multi-meters.
        • Excellent Driving Record.
        • Strong communication skills, strong organizational skills.
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
        • Familiarity with Field Management Software Platforms (Service Pro or Related program).
