Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Staff Engineer for a client located
in Kansas City, KS. Daily responsibilities include:
Preparing geotechnical reports
Writing proposals
Reviewing lab tests and field logs for quality and completeness
Maintains detailed documentation and data from test results
Utilizing WindPath, Lpile, Slope/W, and gINT geotechnical
software
Prepares and reviews Engineering reports, project plans and
specifications prepared by others
Prepares scopes, budgets, and schedules for assignments
Prepares proposals to provide professional services
BS or MS in Geotechnical Engineering
EIT Certification or PE
Experience utilizing WindPath, Lpile, Slope/W, or gINT
Civil Engineering degree (ABET)
0-4 years of geotechnical experience
Geotechnical reports for industrial or commercial clients/projects,
field/lab work and testing, etc.
Hard-working, coachable, and eager to learn
Valid Driver's License
