This position requires 5 or more years of recent experience with DOT roadway design and can perform and direct design tasks with minimal supervision. This position is responsible for staff development, technical execution of projects and some project management tasks with the opportunity for growth in project management and technical expertise. Come join our exciting team!Qualifications and Skills:* Licensed PE in the state of Kansas or Oklahoma* 5+ years of experience in transportation design* Efficient time management and effective verbal and written communications* Extensive knowledge of current highway design criteria* Familiarity with current DOT standards and preferred practices in Kansas or Oklahoma* Proficient in the use of Bentley Products, including MicroStation and OpenRoads preferred.
