A remote first, start-up culture where you'll be able to build brand new products the networking and telco industry didn't even realise were needed.
You're going to be coming into a company that integrates mobile networks and IoT applications onto a single platform. It's all designed for the large enterprise markets so you'll bringing in your experience from networking, telco, 4G, 5G and/or IoT space to innovate and build brand new products.
As with most start-ups and SMEs, your role is going to be wide ranging and varied, but you'll be able to explore new ideas and build them into production. The development environment is primarily Java, Kotlin and Clojure on Linux and the developers have a hacker mindset, and some projects involve getting to the code and digging into APIs and creating and writing them. You'll be able to play around with the inner security of the networks, something that very few people in telco get to do.
It's likely you'll be coming from a large-scale telecoms or networking development environment and you're eager for a new challenge in a brand-new culture. Strong experience of Java, Kotlin, Clojure and/or Python would be a huge plus. You don't need all of these, but a combination would be great. You'll have strong experience building on Linux and have experience of using Docker too. 4G and 5G experience would be a huge plus.

You'll be able to work fully remote - most likely being based in the Pacific NW or West Canada - with a starting salary up to $200,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes being part of our equity program.
