their direct-to-consumer product--strategies Developing a
Cloud-first, multi-tenant digital platform that provides

and brand relevance.-- What we're looking for:-- You're a hands-on
Lead DevOps Engineer ready to join the DCOE's Engineering team.
Your primary responsibilities include--infrastructure--design and
development---of the DCOE's--AWS--platform. In addition,---you'll
provide insight to cross-functional colleagues (e.g.--Architecture,
Development, Product, UX, Security) about technical requirements
and limitations encountered--as--development--meets infrastructure.
What you will be doing:-- As a Lead Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will
provide--DevOps leadership in a modern/cloud infrastructure;--where
automation, IaaS, security, and resiliency are paramount. The
responsibilities include leading the DevOps team which includes all
aspects of the customer facing/production infrastructure as well
as--Development,--QA, and--Staging environments. In addition to the
basics listed above, this also includes monitoring/alerting,
vulnerability management and patching, automation, Infrastructure
as Code (IaC), mentorship/leadership, and representing/working with
other departments to ensure we're supporting the business in a
scalable manner to support the growing customer base. We love

the purpose of--99.99% uptime.-- Lead and mentor--a--DevOps--team.
Work closely with other product, engineering and customer service
teams to ensure services are available 24 x 7.-- Develop and
maintain a program of proactive systems administration using
automation, including but not limited to a system of updates,
patches/fixes, system enhancements, log monitoring, and system
hardening.-- Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan for all
systems to include both a regular backup schedule and tested
process for recovery.-- Create processes that enhance operational
workflow and provide positive employee/customer impact.-- Utilize
strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills including ability
to perform root cause analysis for any lessons learned and failure
patterns amenable to long-term solutions.-- Build automation and
highly redundant systems to avoid phone calls after hours.-- Act as
a technical point of escalation.-- Develop appropriate metrics to
demonstrate performance and improve operational efficiency.--
Recognize and adopt best practices in documentation, testing,
security, operational support at scale, and efficient use of
resources.-- Must be able to support off-hours on-call.-- Work on
small, cross-functional, fast paced teams.-- Utilize organizational
skills and the ability to manage a diversified workload.--
Communicate & work effectively with all levels of staff including
senior management.-- Work under minimal supervision on complex
issues to deliver great results on schedule.-- This is a
progressive role that will be filled at the level based on the
skills and experience of the selected candidate.-- Application

Science or related fields, or equivalent experience-- 2+--years'
experience--in leading a DevOps team-- 5+ years' experience in
enterprise infrastructure experience 5+ years' AWS experience--
Experience with AWS security best practices.-- Experience--working
with--a DevOps team of infrastructure engineers in a 24x7
environment.-- Held a prior role with responsibility for high
scalability/availability systems, security, and systems support in
a heterogeneous infrastructure environment.-- Preferred
Qualifications:-- Experience with Shell, Python and Golang.--
Experience with Terraform, and CloudFormation.-- Experience with
Kubernetes.-- Experience with continuous integration tools such as
Gitlab and Jenkins.-- Experience with configuration management
tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.-- Experience with
CloudWatch, Datadog, ELK, Grafana, Zabbix, other open source/cloud
ready tools.-- Experience with implementing disaster recovery,
capacity planning, monitoring/alerting of availability/performance,
and log aggregation and event management systems.-- Proficiency in
TCP/IP networking architecture and other core network technologies
(DNS, HTTP, Routing, Firewalls, Load Balancers, etc.).-- Familiar
with both SQL and NoSQL technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB,
Redis.-- Familiar with Agile processes and DevOps manifesto.-- In
