opportunity is for a full-time paraprofessional position in a K-12
school setting located in Kansas City, Missouri. The role involves
providing one-on-one support to students at two elementary school
locations from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a focus on behavior
management and toileting assistance. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
one-on-one support to students with behavioral needs at Oakwood
Manor Elementary and Gracemor Elementary. Assist with toileting and
other personal care tasks as required. Collaborate with school
staff to implement behavior management strategies. Maintain a
positive and safe learning environment for students. Qualifications
and Experience: Active paraprofessional certification or the
ability to obtain substitute certification. Experience working with
children exhibiting challenging behaviors. Comfort and skill in
managing toileting assistance. Ability to pass a drug screen and
complete required background checks promptly. Flexibility to start
as soon as possible and work through May 28th. Additional
Information: Two positions are available. Interviews include a
short prescreen call followed by a video interview with the special
education director. Supervision support is provided by the agency
