learning and contribute to a positive educational environment as a
paraprofessional in a K-12 school setting in Olathe, KS. This
contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with
students and educators throughout the school year, helping to
enhance academic achievement and foster a supportive classroom
atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: - Assist teachers in delivering
instructional activities to students across K-12 grade levels -
Support individual and small group learning to reinforce lessons
and provide additional help - Monitor student behavior and
encourage positive social interactions - Prepare instructional
materials and classroom resources as needed - Participate in
student assessments under the guidance of certified staff - Help
ensure a safe and organized classroom environment Desired
Qualifications: - Experience working with K-12 students in an
educational setting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
