About the Company: Our client is an established and rapidly
growing construction company specializing in heavy highway, earth
moving, wet underground utilities, and concrete paving. The company
has been a leader in heavy civil construction in Missouri and
Kansas for decades. They are 100% employee owned, and offer a
robust Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP). About the Position: The
Mobile Concrete Plant Foreman will oversee the field operations
crew for one of our clients concrete batch plants. The mobile plant
will travel to jobs active job sites in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma,
and Arkansas. This leadership role is vital to ensuring plant
efficiency, high-quality concrete production, and safety
compliance. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with
batching operations and thrives in leading a team.
Responsibilities: Lead field operations crew for a mobile concrete
batch plant that will travel to multiple job sites, ensuring
consistent performance, communication, and accountability. Oversee
day-to-day batching operations to ensure adherence to project
requirements and company standards. Provide training, support, and
mentorship to crew members. Travel to project sites to support
plant setup, troubleshoot issues, and verify operational readiness.
Assist in maintaining consistency in mix design and production
standards. Requirements: 5 years of experience in mobile or
stationary concrete batch plant operations, including team
leadership. Demonstrated ability to lead a team. Mechanical
aptitude and equipment troubleshooting experience. CDL preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Benefits: Employee Stock
