This is a hands-on, problem-solving role ideal for applicants with: Mechanical ability Electrical experience HVAC or maintenance background Automotive or technical repair skills No prior appliance repair experience required. We offer paid training , mentoring, and ongoing technical support. Most new techs begin running service calls independently in as little as 78 weeks .
