talent. We are searching for a Marketing Coordinator that is highly
creative, ambitious, and a proactive self-starter that exercises
good judgement to solve problems and develop solutions.The
Marketing coordinator specializes as the liaison for the creative
team and Chief Marketing Officer for the management and
implementation of the creation and production of online and offline
marketing content. Responsible for planning, creating, and
distributing valuable content to attract leads, convert leads into
customers, drive brand awareness, and serve as a brand ambassador.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Grow brand awareness through creating,
developing, and refining marketing programs including organic and
paid social promotion, email marketing, content creation, etc.
- Data Analytics: Understand data collection tactics,
demographics, buying trends, and marketing plans, and can use the
information to partner with creative team for creation
optimization
- Collateral Development: Supports sales presentations, campaign
updates, project management, and communication between the project
team, vendors, and suppliersEssential Job Duties:
- Delivers content marketing collateral to achieve business
targets
- Creates, curates, and organizes content such as videos,
marketing collateral, etc
- Prepare and produce high-quality content by collaborating with
design and writing teams
- Regularly deliver engaging content and edit, proofread, and
improve any and all content
- Execute a strong web presence on various channels and analyze
web traffic metrics to optimize traffic
- Publish/post content to client CMSs and social media
properties
- Actively listening for content opportunities and elevate
content to fuel inflation of brands specifically in social
channels
- Drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand
promotion
- Engage with audiences through postings (organic) & page content
(copy)
- Assumes responsibility for content marketing budget and
maintain cross-functional content calendars and trackers
- Negotiates fees for social media ads
- Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future
marketing campaigns andmeasure the return of content marketing
- Assist with roadmap planning, story concepting, and product
pulls for weekly content stories
- Liaison between team members, clients, attendees, sponsors and
vendors, building external and internal relationships
- Assist in implementing the company's brand strategy and ensure
that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business
goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes,
content, and lead generations
- Performance of office or non-manual labor related to general
management or operations of the employer or customers
- Exercise discretion and independent judgement with respect to
matters of significance
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and
motivate
- Proactive attitude, out of the box thinker, enthusiastic about
exploring new trends, and proactive self-starter
- Engaging personality, ambitious, and strives for results
- Experience withSMS campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, HubSpot,
Adobe, Canva, email template editors, and website editors
(WordPress)
- Strong experience utilizing digital marketing tools and
in-depth knowledge of social media platforms
- Exercises good judgement to solve problems and develop
solutions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or
related field OR 3+ years of relevant marketing & content creation
work experience
- Required: 2+ years of experience in SEO/SEM, marketing
database, email, social media platforms, and advertising
campaigns
- Required: 2+ years of experience in content creation across the
following social media platforms, such as Facebook, TikTok, and
Instagram
- Preferred: Knowledge of agriculture, horticulture, and/ nursery
industries
