    Position Summary
    The Deepwatch Senior Manager of Digital Marketing leads the digital strategy, execution, and lead goals at Deepwatch. The Senior Manager will develop and optimize digital programs that are geared toward increasing the lead flow for the company. As an important member of the Deepwatch marketing team, the Senior Manager, of Digital Marketing will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to implement Deepwatch's digital marketing strategies.
    The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment. You are a data-driven marketing leader with a passion for developing and executing results-oriented campaigns while ensuring continuous optimization and growth within their team. You will be passionate about selling and helping advance innovative solutions and technologies to CEOs, CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Directors, and other security team members. You will lead the digital marketing team strategically and also own the execution of the strategy. This position reports to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing and will work closely with the growth team to achieve pipeline goals.
    In this role, you'll get to:
    • Strategize, develop, implement, monitor, manage and report on digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Paid Social, SEM, Display, Video, Website, Organic Social)
    • Produce social media and ad copy and test variants for efficacy across our digital channels
    • Manage website strategy, SEO for the website, CTA updates, conversions, and traffic
    • Develop ABM ad strategy and execution
    • Lead a team of digital professionals to optimize results and ensure strategy is executed effectively and efficiently
    • Develop and manage campaigns to look for new areas of opportunity through keyword analysis, executing A/B tests, campaign strategy, ad copy, bid management, ad quality, ad click-through rate, CPA optimization, and landing page testing
    • Manage monthly PPC budget and improve for Return on investment and lead generation
    • Work with demand generation, marketing operations, content, and design colleagues to develop and enhance landing pages and creative assets
    • Develop PPC, SEO, and paid social media plans to grow brand presence and generate leads
    • Measure campaign effectiveness and refine to improve performance
    • Provide regular campaign performance reports to diverse stakeholders
    • Perform market research, maintaining an awareness of industry trends
    • Experiment with new marketing channels and technologies
    • Be a role model of Deepwatch's Core Values, and coaches and encourage others to model these values
    • Embody the Deepwatch Leadership Attributes of ownership, delivering results, hiring and developing the best talent in the industry, having a backbone and ability to disagree and then commit, and earning trust
      You'll be successful in this role if you have:
      • Have 7+ years of experience developing and executing on digital marketing tactics in a B2B enterprise environment
      • Have website content management, HTML experience
      • Possess Google Analytics experience
      • Utilize superior interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail
      • Are reporting- and metric-driven
      • Demonstrate a strategic and clear management style
      • Possess Google & LinkedIn Ads experience
      • Demonstrate knowledge of testing and measurement to analyze ROI and evolve the strategy
      • Have experience working with digital marketing tools, including marketing automation lead scoring software, ABM, and other demand ops tools, such as:
      • HubSpot
      • ZoomInfo
      • WordPress
      • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
      • Google Ads (SEM, Display, Video)
      • Google Analytics
      • Google Tag Manager
      • Social Media
        Colorado* Candidates:
        For applicants in Colorado, the salary range for this role is $112,000 to $140,000 + bonus + commissions + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
