Job Description:
Construction Executive Admin.
Overview:
Clemons Real Estate is looking to employ a dedicated and passionate
professional to oversee administrative tasks in support of the
Construction Department, construction projects and assist in the
oversight of construction teams. The Executive Admin.
responsibilities include ordering building supplies and scheduling
equipment maintenance as needed. Our ideal candidate will have
excellent communication, focused attention to detail, financial
capabilities, and a collaborative approach. You must have an
aptitude for technology and project management, construction
experience is a plus, but not required.
If you are skilled at wrangling the details, follow-through, and
follow-up, you can get along with different personalities, ensure
financial accuracy, and keep a project on track, you would be
perfect for our Clemons Real Estate Construction Department.

Full-Time Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm
80 Hours Paid Time Off (PTO) Offered after 90 Days

Continuing Education
Executive Admin. Responsibilities :
Action tasks assigned through Online Dashboard.
Attend Weekly Project Review Meetings and monthly Draw
Meetings.
Attend monthly process meetings and department meetings.
Report on project status weekly.
Manage project and work order closeouts and turnover process.
Perform Due Diligence activities on Opportunity Projects as
assigned.
Create Scope of Work documentation.
Coordinate and schedule contractors as required.
Manage communication between Property Management and Construction
Department with regards to tenant notices and building access.
Monitor project progress and provide contractors with assistance
where required.
Order dumpsters, shipping containers, and other deliveries as
requested.
Communication between project office and contractors on short and
long-term deliverables.
Weekly report on units that will transition between Construction
Department and Property Management.
Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
Prepare work schedules for contractors and billable hours.
Identify, develop, and utilize the details to maximize productivity
and quality of work.
Adhere to both budgetary and time constraints.
Report on progress and challenges.
Learn and apply the latest relevant knowledge to the work.
Create and manage the budgets for each project, including supplies,
materials, and labor.
Create schedules for construction projects and manage
rescheduling.
Create and process invoices.
Track payables and receivables
Ordering long lead material and immediate purchase material.

High school diploma required
Project Management certification desired

Experience:
Three (3) years' prior experience in Finance, Admin or
