Kelly Services is seeking a Client Services Coordinator in Downtown Kansas City, MO! *Contract to Hire Opportunity* Location: Kansas City, MO 64106 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F $20-$23/hour based on experience Job Description: Administrative Assistant I - Under the direction of the Client Services Manager the Client Services Coordinator is responsible to provide administrative support and services for all Customer facilities. The Client Services Administration position will respond to all incoming client requests and proactively work to identify and resolve requests that impact the vendor, guest and employee experience at the facilities. Responsibilities: Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and document important information. Enter Work Orders into property management database. Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments, employees and/or vendors. Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console system. Respond to queries related to service and deliveries. Maintain and update property management database/software system logs, records and other important documentation. Responsible for assuring Work Orders, Preventative Maintenance tasks, inspections, etc. are assigned to the appropriate employees and completed on time and to our client s satisfaction. Assist Client Services Coordinator to provide administrative support and complete projects/tasks for the team and/or client. Provide outstanding customer service to all of our customers Ensure all billing and invoices are processed within standards Assist with lease administration Order office and other supplies as directed Other duties as assigned Required Skills / Qualifications: At least 2-3 years experience in database/software administration for property management or other related service industry Excellent verbal and written communication with clear and concise information, explanations and directions Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on building rapport with our customers Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge/Experience with Microsoft SharePoint or other web development software a plus. Candidates should be able to multi-task in stressful conditions with little supervision. Demonstrate superb organizational, technological and interpersonal skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all business partners. Why Kelly--?
