loans in-house and can work with most loans in your area. This bank

retirement plan. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies
to increase loan origination and deposits within the assigned
market - Oversee and manage the performance of loan officers and
other staff members - Foster strong relationships with key clients
and referral partners - Stay updated on market trends and
competitor activities to identify new business opportunities -
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal
policies - Help with current and future growth and expansion needs
Essential Job Functions: - Originate retail and commercial loans,
meeting, or exceeding sales targets - Provide guidance and support
to loan officers, assisting them in closing complex loan
transactions - Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to
ensure timely and accurate loan processing - Conduct market
analysis and identify areas for business expansion - Represent the
bank in various community and industry events Must Have Skills and
Experience - 20 years of experience in originating commercial real
estate and commercian and industrial loans in a banking setting in
the region mentioned - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding
sales targets (though this isn't a churn and burn company, not
publicly traded) - Strong leadership capabilities with the ability
to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills - In-depth knowledge of banking products,
