We are delighted to inform you that Cerner is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Product Management for our RevElate Patient Accounting product! As a Senior Manager, Product Management you will manage strategy execution for a medium sized or complex product group and give direction on product group strategy to cross functional stakeholders across the product lifecycle. You will manage and develop product managers within a product group, coaching the team on product lifecycle management guidelines as well as manage complexities and interdependencies within the product group roadmap to ensure alignment to the product portfolio. This role will allow you to remove barriers and identify opportunities for improvement within product group and across product development function. You will oversee and track the product group's in-market performance throughout its lifecycle, recommend and plan needed actions as well as prepare and deliver performance reports to leadership. In scope will be to lead, direct and review the team's work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with significant contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team, department and organization. You will also establish and communicate team or department goals that support and advance team, department and organization objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress. This role will allow you to influence diverse stakeholder groups and drive acceptance of policies, practices and procedures within broader area of responsibility. You will identify, propose and lead team- and department-level quality and process improvement initiatives; lead or influence strategic initiatives at the department-level and provide input on strategic initiatives for the organization. In scope will be to deliver consistent and timely training, guidance and feedback to encourage success and promote associate growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities.
