We're looking for a quick-learning, detail-focused, outcomes-oriented professional to join our incredibly fast-growing global logistics firm, helping us to expand our services, provide first-rate client service, and ensure that our firm's financial health remains a centerpiece of our success. This key administrative role will focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable, providing a vital link between our operational team of Account Managers and the financial departments of our clients and our vendors. Owning the invoice auditing, billing, and receivables management for a portfolio of key accounts, you'll work hand-in-hand with sales, operations, technology, and our leadership team, in addition to your work with the finance team. You'll interact with clients and vendor partners, identifying and addressing discrepancies in their invoices, managing our accounts receivable to ensure consistent cash flow, and owning the process of ensuring that our vendor partner relationships are maintained through effective payables processes. Along the way, you'll get a front row seat to the rapidly changing and evolving global supply chain - whether air, ocean, full truckload, less-than-truckload, or rail/intermodal, you'll gain a greater understanding of the inner workings of the worldwide logistics networks that move the products you use every day from their factories to your front door.
