Job Description Job Description Hiring Maintenance Technician II & III 35-40/HR Brand New Facility /Climate Control Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong electrical skills to join our team in a fast-paced injection molding facility. This role is approximately 80% electrical and 20% mechanical, focusing on troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment installations. Injection molding experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment. Perform on-the-spot fixes and assist with equipment installations and setups. Support preventive maintenance tasks (approximately 2% of workload). Troubleshoot and maintain injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime. Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Essential Skills Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills. Basic mechanical aptitude. Proficient in PLC troubleshooting and 3-phase electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with injection molding equipment is a plus. Why Work Here?
